Ingredients

  • 1 slice of ham
  • fresh cream
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 egg
  • grated Gruyere cheese

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Meanwhile, butter a ramekin. Cut the slice of ham in half and place both pieces in the ramekin.

Add the egg.

Cover with crème fraîche.

Add salt and pepper.

Step 5

Sprinkle with Gruyère cheese to finish.

Step 6

Place in the oven and monitor the cooking.
