- 1 slice of ham
- fresh cream
- pepper
- salt
- 1 egg
- grated Gruyere cheese

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Meanwhile, butter a ramekin. Cut the slice of ham in half and place both pieces in the ramekin.

Add the egg.

Cover with crème fraîche.
