Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 20 scallops
  • 15 cl of cream

Instructions

Step 1

Sauté the salted and peppered scallops for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, heat the crème fraîche with the curry powder.

Add the cream and curry powder to the scallops and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with fresh tagliatelle or spaghetti.
