Ingredients
- 2 eggplants
- 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche
- 4 salmon filets
- 3 tablespoons of garlic and herb cheese
- 1 goat cheese log

Step 1
Pre-cook the salmon in the steamer.

Cut the eggplants in half and hollow them out.

Mix the salmon with the garlic and herb cheese and the crème fraîche.

Stuff the eggplants.

Place slices of goat cheese on top.

Bake in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 30 min.
