Ingredients
- 50 g of gingerbread
- 80 g of sugar
- 40 cl of liquid cream
- 5 cl of milk
- 4 egg yolk
- 1 egg
- 50 g brown sugar

Step 1
Place the milk and liquid cream in a saucepan and heat until boiling.

Vigorously beat the egg yolks, the whole egg, and the sugar. Add the resulting mixture to the saucepan, along with the crumbled gingerbread.

Pour the mixture into ramekins and cook in a bain-marie (oven at thermostat 3/4, or around 100°C) for around one hour.

Once cooked and cooled, place the ramekins in the refrigerator.

Before serving, sprinkle the very cold creams with brown sugar and place them in the oven (grill setting) for 2/3 minutes at 250°C. Your creams will be ready to be enjoyed!
