Ingredients
- 100 g of black chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar or a pinch of salt

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Soften the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Off the heat, stir in the egg yolks and sugar.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Gently add the egg whites to the mixture using a spatula.
