Ingredients

  • 100 g of black chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar or a pinch of salt

Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Soften the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Off the heat, stir in the egg yolks and sugar.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Gently add the egg whites to the mixture using a spatula.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Decorate with cocoa or grated chocolate
