Ingredients

  • 120 g of black chocolate
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 35 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan, stirring regularly to form a smooth, creamy paste.

Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas mark 7). In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and flour.

Add the chocolate mixture and mix.

Step 4

Pour 1/3 of the mixture into individual ramekins.

Step 5

Place two squares of chocolate in each of the 4 ramekins.

then cover them with the rest of the chocolate mixture.

Step 7

Place the ramekins in the oven for about 12 minutes, no more!

Step 8

Best enjoyed hot or warm.
