Ham, leek, zucchini and carrot quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 leek
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 slices of ham
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 20 cl of liquid cream
  • 1 egg
  • Herbs of Provence

Step 1

Heat your pan with a knob of butter and preheat your oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7).

Cut the vegetables into small slices and pieces.

Heat your pan with a knob of butter and preheat your oven to 200°C. Once the pan is hot, add the chopped vegetables.

Sauté over low heat for about 10-15 minutes to cook the vegetables a little.

Now, place a sheet of puff pastry in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.

Take one or two slices of cooked ham and cut them into strips, then arrange them on the tart base. Add the vegetables on top, then the mixture of single cream, egg, salt, pepper (and herbes de Provence if you like).

Cook for approximately 30 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
